Former NXT Champion Sami Zayn recently faced off against Samoa Joe to determine the number 1 contender for Finn Balor’s title at NXT TakeOver: Dallas. Joe defeated Sami to earn the right to challenge Finn Balor in Dallas, but Sami Zayn will also be wrestling in a high profile match.
On Wednesday’s episode of NXT Sami Zayn was cutting a promo in the ring when General Manager William Regal came out to make an announcement. Regal told Zayn that he would facing NXT’s newest signee at TakeOver and then a video clip played on the screen.
The clip showed Shinsuke Nakamura telling Sami Zayn that he will see him in Dallas.

Shinsuke Nakamura’s match against Sami Zayn at NXT TakeOver: Dallas on April 1 will be his debut match with NXT.
