The Rock will begin filming and starring in a pilot episode for a new comedy drama on HBO titled Ballers. It’s being executive produced by Rock and Mark Wahlberg. The show is set to co-star actor Rob Corddry and focuses on several Miami-based athletes who are retired and active. The Rock plays a former all-pro running back.
