Last week at Wizard World in St. Louis, Seth Rollins made some comments about how Joey Mercury saved his career. He said that he had a lot of heat in NXT due to the fact that he thought he was the best and was frustrated that he was in NXT for so long. This was touched on a little during the Journey to SummerSlam special that aired on the WWE Network last summer.
He went on to say that Joey Mercury was the one that talked some sense into him and put him on the right path to saving his career.
