When The Hurt Syndicate first arrived in All Elite Wrestling they quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with. However, it’s been a while since fans have seen The Hurt Syndicate on AEW programming as they last appeared during the AEW All In Buy-In pre-show back in August.
During the recent AEW WrestleDream media call, Tony Khan addressed The Hurt Syndicate’s status with AEW, and he teased that the group could potentially pop up at anytime.
“In the ring, the Hurt Syndicate have said they are for hire, so we could see them anyplace, anytime. I think for the right amount of money. Certainly, one thing they did not want to do was beat up Big Justice and the Rizzler, so they were happy to work with Big Boom AJ, Big Justice, and the Rizzler and turn things around.
But, you know, the Hurt Syndicate won’t work with just anybody. They are for hire under the right circumstances, kind of like The A-Team. I think it’ll be interesting to see how they get involved. I have a lot of respect for Bobby, Shelton, and MVP, and they could come in as hired guns for potentially anybody here.”
