The fun thing about professional wrestling is that you never know who might return to the ring. As we saw at SummerSlam, SmackDown General Manager returned to the ring for his first match since 2023 when he faced off against Gunther. Unfortunately for Aldis he was defeated by Gunther, but the SmackDown General Manager was able to share a special moment with his family in the ring after the match.
With the SmackDown General Manager recently returning to the ring, some fans have wondered if Raw General Manager Adam Pearce could wrestle a match on WWE programming at some point.
During a recent appearance on Super Cool Radio, Adam Pearce addressed a potential in-ring return and he made it clearly that he has absolutely no interest in returning to the ring. While Pearce doubled down on having no interest, he also noted that he will “never say never.”
“God willing, I will never ever have another professional wrestling match in my life. I am staring into and across and through the fourth wall to every wrestling fan who every day of my life asks me that exact question. I have no interest in putting on my size 13s, lacing them up, putting on tights, but I have no interest. I’ll say it again. No interest. But never say never.”
