Over the last few years Jey Uso has taken his career to the next level as he’s established himself as a singles star, and he solidified his status as a main event when he won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41. While Jey seems to be thriving when it comes to his career it seems that he’s going through some turbulence in his personal life.
TMZ is reporting that Jey Uso’s wife, Takecia Fatu, has filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Takecia Fatu noted that the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and the date of marriage was listed as February 13, 2024.
The couple share two sons, one of which is over 18, and the other, Jeyce, who is a minor born in 2012. Takecia has asked the court to award her primary physical custody of their youngest son, but was open to the idea of joint legal custody.
The filing also notes that Takecia Fatu has requested exclusive use of their home in Georgia, as well as child and spousal support, and attorney fees.
Jey Uso’s personal life has been a hot topic in the professional wrestling community for some time now as he’s been spotted with Jaida Parker multiple times. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion seemingly confirmed his relationship with Jaida Parker back in April, shortly after Jaida Parker seemingly confirmed the relationship as well.
