You never know when a familiar face might return to WWE, and over the last few weeks it’s been rumored that Enzo Amore and Big Cass could potentially be making their way back to the company.
Fightful Select recently reported that Big Bill’s contract with AEW was up soon, and now it’s been confirmed that the deal is set to expire over the next week. It was also noted that Bill officially gave his notice to All Elite Wrestling.
According to the report Big Bill is set to return to WWE where he previously performed as Big Cass. Plans are for Enzo Amore to sign a new deal with WWE, but as of mid-June the deal had not been officially signed.
The word from within WWE is that the company wanted to wait until Big Bill was free and clear so they could sign both Enzo and Big Bill. It’s also being said that this has been in the works for some time now.
Big Bill first started appearing on AEW programming back in 2022, and he last wrestled when he stepped into the ring on the 4/6/26 episode of ROH.
