CM Punk last stepped into the ring at WrestleMania 42 when he dropped the World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns in a match that many hailed as an instant classic. The Second City Saint has been off TV since then, but he has been hitting the gym pretty hard, and fans have noticed that Punk has been bulking up.
It appears that not everyone believes Punk’s physique is natural as Ryan Nemeth recently took a shot at “straight edge guys” who take performance enhancing drugs when he posted the following:
“I love that straight edge guys are like NOTHING! IS! EVER! GOING! IN! MY! BODY! EVER! except PEDs which I will be putting in my body actually very often now because I do steroids, but of course that does not break my sacred vow. I am more disciplined than you :)”

While Nemeth did not mention CM Punk directly many fans are seeing this as a shot at The Second City Saint. Ryan Nemeth and CM Punk have history as Nemeth previously filed a lawsuit against CM Punk in which he claimed that Punk assaulted him, and sabotaged his career when they were both in AEW.
As seen in the clip below, Ryan Nemeth has also taken shots at CM Punk by cracking jokes about the former World Heavyweight Champion during his stand up comedy routine.
