WrestleMania 42 is almost here and tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown will be the final SmackDown before the Show of Shows. Cody Rhodes is set to appear, The MFTs will be facing The Wyatt Sicks in an 8 man tag team street fight, and the annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal is also set for the show.
Ahead of SmackDown, Bodyslam is reporting that sources have indicated as of last week Royce Keys was expected to win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Royce Keys made his big debut with WWE back in January when he entered the 30 man Royal Rumble match, and he made his Friday Night SmackDown debut last week when he defeated Berto in a one on one match.
As of this writing WWE has not officially announced the competitors for the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Last year it was Carmelo Hayes who won the battle royal as he last eliminated Andrade to pick up the victory.
