This year the road to WrestleMania has featured a number of celebrity appearances as names like IShowSpeed, Jelly Roll and Pat McAfee have all been featured on WWE programming in recent weeks. Lil Yachty recently entered the mix as he’s formed an alliance with Trick Williams ahead of WrestleMania, and it looks like we could be seeing a lot more of Lil Yachty on WWE programming in the future.
While speaking with Rory & Mal, Trick Williams talked about Lil Yachty’s goals when it comes to his time with WWE, and he revealed that Yachty has told him he wants to start training in the ring.
“He understands the business. Talking about the similarities between hip-hop and WWE. How to promote, how to market yourself, how to make people feel something. I’m excited to see what Yachty can do in the business, so I think that’s gonna be pretty cool.”
“He said he wants to feel the cables. He said he’s gonna get in tip top shape. We got him a trainer. We finna get Yachty right. Let’s talk about it.”
