We’re currently on the road to WrestleMania and every wrestler in the WWE is trying to keep themselves in the best shape possible as the Show of Shows approaches. Last week on Friday Night SmackDown, Giulia faced off against Tiffany Stratton, and Giulia managed to pick up the win.
Matthew Ennis noted in a recent video on Instagram that Giulia was banged up following her match on SmackDown last week, so her workout had to be adjusted because she was in so much pain.
“Giulia came into her session today very banged up from her championship defense last Friday on SmackDown. Normally, this would be our full lower body day, but today was not a good day for that because she was in so much pain. Low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulders, you name it.
“So instead of sticking to a rigid plan, we adapted today on the fly, and the goal is just simply to have her walk out of the gym feeling better. Thankfully through a full body activation, mobility, stretching circuit, we were able to achieve that goal.
“Now we’ll be more prepared to push harder tomorrow, and that’s a big thing for pro-wrestlers. Depending on how your body feels, you may need to adjust the workout for the day.”
Giulia is the current WWE Women’s United States Champion, and it’s been rumored for some time now that she could end up defending her title against Tiffany Stratton on the Grandest Stage of Them All. However, as of this writing WWE has given no indication regarding what the company has planned for Giulia at WrestleMania.
Turns out Giulia was in alot of pain after her match with Tiffany Stratton on Friday.
