Over the years some of the most influential names in the business have been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith was inducted into the Hall of Fame as part of the 2020 class, but his Hall of Fame ring has apparently been stolen.
Canadian Wrestling Elite recently shared a post from Nigel Maxwell who revealed that recently someone broke into the CWE crew’s trailer. According to the post Davey Boy Smith Jr.’s wrestling gear, a Hart Foundation vest, and a CWE Tag Team Championship belt were recovered following the break in. However, the British Bulldog’s WWE Hall of Fame ring is still missing.
The following announcement was posted:
“Need help from my friends and followers in the Lloydminster area….
The CWE crew who performed last night were the victims of a break in at their hotel.
Sometime early this morning someone broke into their trailer and stole the following items:
– “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith Jr.’s Wrestling Gear & Travel Bag
– Hart Foundation Leather Vest
– British Bulldog Hall Of Fame Ring
– Gold Chain & Jewelry
– CWE Tag Team Championship Belt
RCMP have been called.
Update: the vest, gear and belt have been recovered.”
