Ken Anderson Open To A WWE Return

You never know who might return to WWE as last year fans saw names like Goldberg, AJ Lee, The Rock and more make their way back to the company. However, one name who has not yet returned to WWE following their departure is Ken Anderson (formerly known as Mr. Kennedy in WWE).

While talking about a potential WWE return during an interview with Sportshadow, Ken Anderson noted that there was a time when he thought he would never work for the company again, but he stated that he’s definitely open to the idea now.

“I would definitely be open for a WWE return. I think enough time has passed. There was a time when I was in TNA that I felt, from the bottom of my heart, I would never work for that company again.

I didn’t want to run that schedule or deal with that stress of constantly looking over my shoulder.

However, I think things are different there now. It is very corporate. I know that if I go back there, at least at the beginning, it’s going to be a numbers thing. I don’t have delusions of grandeur; it is just a very corporate company now.”

Ken Anderson first signed with WWE in 2005 and he went on to debut on the main roster later that year. He quickly became one of the top stars on the SmackDown brand and he managed to win the United States Championship then went on to win the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 23. Anderson was released from his WWE contract in 2009 and has not returned since then.
