This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured a huge title match as Stephanie Vaquer put the WWE Women’s World Championship on the line when she defended the belt against Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella in a triple threat match. Ultimately Vaquer retained her championship, but it’s what happened during the match that really got people talking.
At one point Nikki Bella referenced John Cena when she put Raquel Rodriguez in the STF. The hold received a “thank you Cena” chant from the fans in attendance at the Kia Center to which Nikki replied, “no, thank me.” Nikki’s use of the STF certainly got a lot of attention and it looks like she may be planning to use the move more in the future.
Following Raw, Nikki Bella confirmed that she will now be referring to the STF as the Fearless Lock when she posted the following:

John Cena made a number of notable opponents tap out to the STF throughout his career, but now that he’s retired from in-ring competition it appears that Nikki will be using the Fearless Lock as part of her arsenal moving forward.
