AEW contracts have been a hot topic as of late as Chris Jericho’s deal is set to expire soon, and it was recently reported that Danhausen’s contract is expiring in February. Now it seems that another familiar name could become a free agent sooner than later.
Fightful Select is reporting that Anna Jay’s contract with All Elite Wrestling is set to expire in the spring of 2026. It’s being said that people became aware of Anna Jay’s contract situation after she was hopeful that she would be involved with the Blood and Guts match, which didn’t happen.
Originally the belief was that Anna Jay’s contract would expire by 2026, but that’s not the case. Sources have indicated that Anna Jay is open to exploring her options, and she reportedly has connections in WWE and NXT.
Anna Jay last appeared on AEW programming when she teamed with Tay Melo to face Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne in a tag team match on the November 19th episode of Collision. She has not been used since. Back in 2020, Anna Jay made her debut with All Elite Wrestling and she has since wrestled nearly 130 matches for the company since then.
Stay tuned for more updates on Anna Jay’s status as they become available.
