The WWE roster is loaded with talent right now, but there are some notable names who are currently absent from television. Omos is hard to miss due to his size, but it’s been some time since he’s made an appearance on WWE programming.
While speaking to Muscle Man Malcolm, Omos talked about his absence from WWE television and he claimed that he’s currently not on TV because people don’t like him.
“You people don’t like me, that’s why I’m not on TV. The moment you guys change your tune I’ll be back on your TV screens. Until then I’m gonna go to where I’m loved. They love me overseas, they love me everywhere else. I went to Japan and had a blast. I went to Mexico and had a blast. Did a little side gig in NXT, it was fun but you know, they don’t have love for your boy like the Omosapiens do. The more people that become Omosapiens, maybe I just swoop back onto your TV screen. Who knows.”
Omos has not appeared on WWE programming since April of 2024 when he competed in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the SmackDown before WrestleMania 40.
Since then he has traveled the world competing for Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan and AAA in Mexico. In recent months he has made appearances at NXT live events, but there’s currently no word on whether or not WWE has plans for Omos to return television.
