The end of the year is quickly approaching which means that fans will be talking about the Royal Rumble sooner than later. The Royal Rumble premium live event kicks off the road to WrestleMania and next year’s show is set to emanate from Saudi Arabia for the first time ever.
As we saw this year with Jey Uso’s win there’s always potential for WWE to shock fans with an upset victory. It seems that there are a number of names who could potentially punch their ticket to WrestleMania in 2026, but betting odds suggest there is a clear favorite at this point in time.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that current betting odds have Sami Zayn positioned as the favorite at +150. Bron Breakker is behind Sami at +175 and CM Punk is next in line at +400. Seth Rollins and Gunther are both listed at +600 with Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre at +750.
Typically the Royal Rumble features a few surprise entrants, but it was recently reported that the 2026 Royal Rumble PLE might not feature surprises as it would be difficult for WWE to sneak people into Saudi Arabia.
