Last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured a shocking ending as Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed turned on Seth Rollins as the show went off the air. It was later reported that Seth Rollins is expected to be out of action for some time as he suffered an injury during his match with Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel that will require surgery.
Now that Rollins is sidelined it’s been speculated that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will likely be vacated. CM Punk recently earned a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and Adam Pearce is set to share an update on the Seth Rollins situation tonight.
Bodyslam is reporting that a battle royal will be held tonight on Raw to determine who will go on to face CM Punk in the WWE World Heavyweight Title match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1st. Cory Hays has also indicated that the fate of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will main event tonight’s show.
