Former WWE Champion Debuts At AEW All Out

It’s a big day for wrestling fans as AEW All Out and WWE WrestlePalooza are both taking place today. AEW All Out kicked off in a big way as Cope & Christian faced off against FTR in the opening match.

At one point during the match Stokely pulled the referee out of the ring while Cope was trying to pin Dax. A mysterious entrance song started to play as Stokely looked up the ramp and the name Beth flashed on the screen. Beth Phoenix then ran down the ramp and hit Stokely with the spear. As she made her exit the former WWE Women’s Champion put Stokely on her shoulder and carried him out of the arena.

After Beth left the arena with Stokely there were several near falls as both teams tried to pick up the win. Eventually Cope landed a spear on Cash Wheeler and pinned him. Christian Cage held Dax Harwood’s legs in order to prevent him from breaking up the pin.

After the match Beth Phoenix made her way back out and she stood in the ring with Cope & Christian as they celebrated. Their celebration was quickly interrupted by Nick Wayne, Shayna Wayne and Kip Sabian. Shayna wheeled Nick out to the stage in a wheelchair as FTR attacked Cope & Christian from behind.

Kip Sabian quickly handcuffed Cope to the ring ropes and Beth tried to get the cuffs off as FTR hit Christian with a spiked piledriver. Cope urged Beth to leave the ring, but she started throwing hands as FTR approached her. Eventually they overpowered the Hall of Famer and hit her with the spiked piledriver before leaving.
