WWE Clash in Paris kicked off in a big way as Roman Reigns picked up a win over Bronson Reed in the opening match. The action continued with the second match of the night which saw Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis of The Wyatt Sicks defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against The Street Profits.
As soon as the match kicked off Montez Ford was in the ring ready for action, but Angelo Dawkins put his hand on Ford’s chest and indicated that he wanted him to step back. There was clearly tension between Ford and Dawkins as Ford walked back to the corner. Shortly after Ford joined the match when he hit Dawkins with a stiff tag.
Near the end of the match Nikki Cross hid under the ring and grabbed Ford’s foot while the referee was distracted. Uncle Howdy then hit Ford with Sister Abigail on the floor. When Ford got back in the ring Gacy and Lumis hit him with their double team finisher, The Plague, to retain the titles.
After the match The Wyatt Sicks celebrated with the belts as the segment came to an end.
