Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria have been feuding for months now and back in June, Lynch managed to defeat Lyra to become the new WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Valkyria has been chasing the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship since then and she stepped up to challenge Becky Lynch one more time in a no count outs, no disqualification, last chance match for the belt.

Lyra Valkyria entered first followed by Becky Lynch. As The Man made her way down the ramp she debuted her new entrance theme by The Wonder Years.

It didn’t take long for business to pick up as Becky Lynch busted out a kendo stick and Lyra Valkyria pulled out a crowbar shortly after the bell rang. Valkyria used the crowbar to knock the kendo stick out of Lynch’s hands then missed a shot with the crowbar when she swung at Becky.

Lyra threw Becky over the announce table then set up a table at ringside. As she was setting up the table Becky wrapped a chain around Lyra’s face then threw her into the steel ring steps. She then unloaded on Valkyria as she struck her several times with the kendo stick.

Becky put two chairs and toolbox inside the ring and used them as weapons as she continued to attack Valkyria. Lynch pulled a zip tie out of the toolbox then put it around Lyra’s wrists as she bound her hands together. Lyra was unable to defend herself as Becky continued to use various weapons to wear down her opponent.

Eventually Lyra got some offense in as she delivered a series of kicks to Becky followed by a moonsault. Becky threw Lyra to the outside and she hid under the ring then blinded Becky with a fire extinguisher. She crawled back under the ring and when she reappeared the zip ties were gone.

Lyra finally made a comeback as she hit Becky Lynch with Nightwing off the ring steps onto the floor. Becky thew Lyra into an exposed turnbuckle then put her through two chairs with the Manhandle Slam, but Lyra still kicked out. The Man wrapped a steel chair around Lyra’s body then slammed her into the announce table. She then stood up on the announce table and kicked the chair which was still wrapped around Lyra’s midsection.

Becky Lynch grabbed the crowbar but Bayley appeared out of nowhere and took it from her before she could hit Lyra. Lynch tried to convince Bayley to use the crowbar on Lyra, but Bayley threw it down to the ground. Becky was getting ready to hit Bayley with a chain wrapped around her fist and Bayley saw it.

Bayley took the fight to Becky until Becky eventually threw her over the barricade into the front row. Lyra appeared out of nowhere then put Becky through the table she set up earlier.

As Becky and Lyra were fighting in the ring Bayley jumped up on the apron and went to hit Becky with the steel chain, but she accidentally connected with Lyra instead. Becky followed up with a Manhandle Slam to retain the title.
