Everybody knows that a good theme song goes a long way in the world of professional wrestling, and Becky Lynch arguably has one of the more recognizable themes on the WWE roster. Lynch has been using the same theme for years, but it seems that the current WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion could be getting new entrance music sooner than later.
Fightful Select is reporting that Becky Lynch is expected to get a new theme song imminently. According to the report the band The Wonder Years completed a new theme song for Becky Lynch a number of months ago, and the wheels have been in motion for Becky to use the song on WWE programming.
It was noted that this will be Becky’s first theme song with full on lyrics. She’s been using the theme “Celtic Invasion” which was composed by CFO$ for about ten years.
Becky Lynch will be in action this weekend as she’s currently set to defend the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Lyra Valkyria on a no disqualification match at SummerSlam. If Lyra fails to win the match she will no longer be able to challenge for the belt while Becky is champion.
