Cody Rhodes finished his story earlier this year and he’s the current Undisputed WWE Champion. The American Nightmare has been part of some big moments on WWE programming throughout his career, and Cody’s brother Dustin Rhodes has as well.

Dustin Rhodes made a name for himself working as Goldust in WWE, but it’s been a while since fans have seen the Goldust character as Dustin is currently working in AEW.

While speaking with The Schmo, Cody shared his honest thoughts on the Goldust character and he also made it clear that he thinks Dustin belongs in the WWE Hall of Fame.

“I think I was 14 years old when Goldust was really hitting his stride on WWE television. And I can certainly say it was a unique thing to see my friends had a lot of feelings about what Goldust was doing.

“However, knowing how much he had subverted expectations, knowing how much he didn’t just want to be a Rhodes. He wanted to be his own thing and what he did in the lengths he went to to do it, I was very proud of Dustin throughout that whole run. Goldust is an underrated part of the Attitude Era, certainly somebody I think worthy of the Hall of Fame.”
