The wrestling world is full of surprises and today a popular WWE star confirmed that they are leaving the company. Samantha Irvin took to social media to announce that she will no longer be working as a ring announcer for WWE moving forward, and fans around the world are processing the news.
It sounds like fans aren’t the only ones who were surprised by Samantha’s announcement as WrestleVotes is reporting that Samantha Irvin’s WWE departure has genuinely shocked a lot of people who are backstage at this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

Samantha Irvin was hired by WWE in 2021 and she started out working as the ring announcer for 205 Live. She went on to work on NXT before she was promoted to SmackDown in 2022 and then eventually moved to Monday Night Raw in 2023.
