CM Punk is always a hot topic in the world of professional wrestling and he got people talking when he returned to WWE at Survivor Series last month. The Second City Saint has made several appearances on WWE programming in recent weeks, but he has yet to compete inside a WWE ring since returning.
Earlier today it was announced that CM Punk will be facing Dominik Mysterio at the WWE live event at the Kia Forum on Saturday, December 30. It looks like Punk will be facing Dominik at least twice this month as Madison Square Garden recently announced that Punk will be facing the former NXT North American Champion at the December 26 live event in New York City.
JUST ANNOUNCED: CM Punk will be live at The Garden on Dec 26 for his first match in WWE in over 9 years as he goes one on one with ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio at the @WWE LIVE Holiday Tour.

Unless CM Punk wrestles before December 26 this will be his first match inside a WWE ring since he parted ways with the company in 2014. Punk declared on Monday Night Raw this week that he will be entering the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match, but it’s unclear at this point in time if he’ll be wrestling on TV before then.
Stay tuned for updates.
