Last weekend the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view aired live and Sting, Adam Copeland & Darby Allin picked up a win over Christian Cage, Luchasaurus & Nick Wayne.
This week Christian Cage appeared on Dynamite with Nick Wayne & Luchasaurus and he addressed the loss. Cage said that he didn’t lose the match, and Nick Wayne didn’t lose the match either. He said that Luchasaurus lost the match then he instructed Luchasaurus to bend the knee. Luchasaurus reluctantly bent the knee as Cage told Luchasaurus he’s his “finisher.” Christian Cage then announced that from here on out Luchasaurus will be known as Killswitch.
Christian then looked to Nick Wayne who took a knee right away. However, Christian told him to stand up. Christian Cage told Nick Wayne that he’s the golden boy, and he told him that moving forward Nick would be known as “The Prodigy” Nick Wayne.
Nick Wayne’s mom then came out and Christian berated her. Killswitch stood up and got in Christian’s face. Christian told him to get on his knees, but Killswitch refused. They stood face to face and Christian pushed the former Luchasaurus who accidentally knocked down Nick Wayne’s mom who was standing behind him.
Nick Wayne then grabbed a chair and they set up his mom for the conchairto. Christian handed the chair to Killswitch and demanded that he hit the conchairto. Killswitch hesitated and Adam Copeland came down to the ring then cleaned house.
Adam Copeland hit Nick Wayne with the conchairto and Nick Wayne’s mother checked on him while Christian Cage and Killswitch made their way up the ramp.
