SummerSlam is one of WWE’s biggest shows of the year and the event is only a few weeks away. Several matches have been confirmed for the show, but so far LA Knight hasn’t been added to the card.
It doesn’t look like Knight will be challenging for the United States Championship as he lost the fatal four way on SmackDown last week. However, it does seem that WWE is discussing SummerSlam plans for LA Knight.
According to the BWE Twitter account LA Knight will have a segment at SummerSlam that could switch to a match, but that hasn’t been confirmed just yet. It’s not know at this point in time who Knight will work with if he is part of SummerSlam.
One way or another it seems that LA Knight could be getting more opportunities in the future as it was recently reported that his popularity hasn’t gone unnoticed and WWE is planning a big push for LA Knight following SummerSlam.
WWE SummerSlam will air live from Ford Field in Detroit, MI on Saturday, August 5 and the current card can be seen below.
