This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with a promo from Cody Rhodes, but it wasn’t long before Rhodes was interrupted by Brock Lesnar. The Beast Incarnate beat down The American Nightmare in front of his family and then he officially accepted Cody’s challenge for a third match at SummerSlam.
Cody managed to defeat Brock Lesnar during their first encounter at Backlash, and it was Brock who picked up the win in their second match at Night of Champions. It looks like the stakes could be raised for their third match as the WRKD Wrestling account is reporting that a stipulation will be added to Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.
“While not announced on #WWERaw, a stipulation will be added to Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes at #SummerSlam.”
