The WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view is set to air live tonight, and for weeks now fans have been talking about potential surprise entrants that could be entering the Royal Rumble matches.
WrestlingNews.co is now reporting that former WWE Divas Champion Paige has been cleared to return to in-ring competition, and she will be entering the women’s Royal Rumble match.
It’s not clear at this point in time if Paige’s appearance in the Royal Rumble match will just be a one off or if she will return to wrestling full-time moving forward. Paige last wrestled at a WWE live event in December of 2017 where she unfortunately suffered an injury that forced her into early retirement. In recent years she’s teased a potential return.
It’s also being reported that there is another person in St. Louis who is being kept hidden from everyone and their identity is unknown. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.
