Aleister Black had been off TV for several weeks following the vicious attack he Murphy used the steel ring steps to attack his eye, but he made his return to Monday Night Raw this week.
Black was a guest on the Kevin Owens show, and he demanded that Owens show the footage of Murphy gouging his eye out.
At one point Aleister Black fell out of his chair down to one knee on the mat, and when KO checked on him Black hit Owens with Black Mass and turned heel.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE turned Aleister Black heel because Kevin Owens needs an opponent to work with right now.
It was noted that originally Kevin Owens was supposed to work with Seth Rollins, but since Rey Mysterio signed a new deal Seth is still working with him, and Owens needs a feud.
