On Sunday night Braun Strowman defended the WWE Universal Championship against The Fiend at SummerSlam, but unfortunately for Strowman it was The Fiend who picked up the victory.
Bray Wyatt won the Universal Championship for the second time in his career, and after the match Roman Reigns made his surprise return and took out both Wyatt and Strowman.
WWE has now announced that Bray Wyatt will defend the Universal Championship at Payback on Sunday against both Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman in a No Holds Barred triple threat match.
The three WWE superstars will sign the contract to make the match official this Friday on SmackDown.
