WWE has had to make some big changes due to the coronavirus pandemic, and months ago the company moved all of their TV tapings to the Performance Center in Orlando, FL.
Much of the content fans have seen on WWE programming over the last few months has been pre-recorded, but it sounds like live shows will be returning soon.
According to WrestleVotes, the current plan is for the SmackDown before SummerSlam to air live.
It’s also being reported that live programming will continue through the weekend and into Raw the following Monday.
NXT TakeOver will take place from Orlando, but there will be one location for the other events. It’s still not clear if fans will be in attendance.
Stay tuned for updates.
WWE’s new plan is to restart LIVE programming beginning w/ the SmackDown prior to SummerSlam, continuing throughout the weekend w/ the PPV & into RAW. Fans are still TBD. 1 location for all. Not certain on exact location as of yet.
