The triple threat match is a match concept that can often results in some of the most entertaining chaos you’ll ever see in a wrestling ring. When three wrestlers push each other to the limit in a triple threat, it’s unpredictable and action packed. There are quite a few combinations in WWE at the moment that could make for a good triple threat match but these three would be must see TV in our opinion.
#3 – Bray Wyatt vs Luke Harper vs Erick Rowan
The Wyatt Family was one of the most unique stables in WWE history. It could be argued that breaking them up might not have been the best idea as since their split they haven’t been able to make the same impact as individuals that they did as a group. One way to give all three members a little momentum would be to put them all against each other and build toward a triple threat match.
Bray has the personality, Rowan has the muscle and Harper is just crazy enough to do anything it takes to entertain the fans. When you put those three combustible elements together it could make for a very intense, physical match that would get a lot of fans talking. We’ve seen the former Wyatt Family members face off against each other in some form or another over the past few months, but a proper triple threat with the right buildup could be just what these three superstars need at the moment.
#2 – Daniel Bryan vs Dolph Ziggler vs Neville
Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler have had some stellar matches against each other over the past few weeks and Neville has been stealing the show during every television appearance since coming to the main roster. What you have here are three guys that push themselves and their opponents to the limit every single time they step in the ring, which could make for a match of the year candidate if you put them all together.
There’s no doubt that this match would be a dream come true for fans of Ziggler, Bryan and Neville. It would be over the top, innovative and pretty much one giant extended “This is awesome!” moment. It’s not hard to believe that this could happen sometime in the near future. WWE seems intent on letting Neville’s star shine and there’s no better way to do that than by letting him show the world what he’s made of by going up against two of the best wrestlers in the business today.
#1 – Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose vs Roman Reigns
We know that this is going to happen sooner or later, but the waiting is the hardest part. Fans have been asking for this match ever since The Shield split and WWE knows that. The powers that be are likely saving this for a special occasion as this match has WrestleMania main event written all over it.
The best part about wanting to see this match happen is knowing that eventually, we’ll all get what we want. When this epic contest does finally take place it’s pretty much a guarantee that it will tear the house down. Believe that.
