There are a lot of reasons to have a subscription to the WWE Network. The monthly pay-per-views are just a bonus at this point. In reality, a WWE Network subscription comes with plenty of amazing content that surpasses many expectations.
There are great WWE Network exclusive shows like WWE 24, Table For 3, and Ride Along. Not to mention the fact subscribers have access to just about every wrestling library in history that WWE has been able to get their hands on. Subscribers will also get the WWE Women’s Tournament sometime this summer. It’s exciting stuff for sure.
But one weekly show featuring some of the best action in WWE is apparently having some trouble getting viewers. The Observer reports that for maybe the first time since the show’s debut in November last year, 205 Live is not on WWE Network’s top 20 most viewed list.
205 Live falls behind other popular shows like Table For 3 and Ride Along. It also trails behind Payback, NXT, WrestleMania 33, and Talking Smack among others including an episode of Monday Night Wars.
People really should be watching the purple rope show. In all seriousness, it features some of the hardest working and hungriest superstars on WWE’s roster. One thing is for sure, WWE needs to figure something out if they’re going to regain interest.
Reports are WWE is gearing up to hit the ground running for the upcoming WWE United Kingdom television show. We’ve been hearing rumblings about this for quite some time. Some have said WWE’s concentrated interest in the UK is to get ahead of any rival companies.
If that is the case WWE is certainly going to give fans a new reason to get a WWE Network subscription very soon. WWE will be booking venues in the United Kingdom for television tapings on a monthly basis. These tapings are said to start as early as June or July.
The venues are said to be on the smaller side. But it looks like this is the start of that rumored WWE Network United Kingdom show we’ve been waiting for.
