Austin Aries and Zelina Vega dated for 5 years, but their relationship is over, and Zelina Vega made it clear on Twitter that they have not been a couple for a long time. While talking about her relationship with Aries on Twitter, Vega noted that she has moved on and no longer wants to be associated with Aries.
I am going to say this once:

As Vega noted in her tweet, they were never engaged, but in 2016 Aries gave Zelina Vega a promise ring.

Since leaving WWE last year, Aries has since gone on to find success on the independent scene, and he’s the current Impact Wrestling World Champion.
Zelina Vega has also gone on to find success as she was called up to the WWE main roster a few months ago, and shortly after she was called up Austin Aries posted the following on Twitter:
“Congrats to my ex-girlfriend @Zelina_VegaWWE on her #SmackDownLive debut. I know firsthand all the time, effort, and sacrifice that went into making this special dream a reality.”
