Zack Ryder had a long run with WWE, and throughout the course of his run with the company he managed to capture championship gold a few times.
But the former Intercontinental Champion’s run with the company came to an end when WWE released him from his contract back in April. Soon his non-compete clause will expire and it looks like Ryder is ready for action.
On July 18 Impact Wrestling is set to present their annual Slammiversary pay-per-view, and a number of former WWE stars have been teased for the show.
Zack Ryder recently teased a possible appearance at the show when he noted that 13 days from the time of his tweet “hungry wrestlers” are going to be unleashed.
He posted the following on Twitter:
“In 13 days a bunch of super talented, pissed off, and hungry wrestlers are gonna be unleashed. #AlwayzReady #StillHere #NotThere”
