Zack Ryder was considered to be a WWE veteran before he was released from WWE yesterday, and now it appears that the former Intercontinental Champion will have to go elsewhere.
Over the years Ryder has moved throughout the card, and at times WWE chose not to use him at all, but he would remind fans that he was still under contract by using the #stillhere hashtag.
Following his release Ryder released a clever shirt on Pro Wrestling Tees that simply says “Not There.”
Zack Ryder also commented on his release when he posted the following on Twitter:
“The only thing I wanted to do in life was wrestle. I’m grateful I spent 14 years living my dream in WWE. Thanks to my fans & everyone who believed in me. As I was getting released, I was looking at this photo & smiling. I’m #AlwayzReady & beyond excited for the future. #NotThere”
