The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes set the professional wrestling world on fire when he took off his Stardust gear and set out on his own. The newest member of the Bullet Club recently participated in the Honor Rising shows to rave reviews.

The joint-venture shows of New Japan and Ring of Honor saw Cody and tag-team partner Hangman Page lose the first night against Jay Lethal and Katsuyori Shibata although his team with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks defeated Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, and The Briscoe Brothers on the second night of the event. Cody pinned Ospreay after a “Cross Rhodes” during the amazing twenty-minute 8-man tag main event match.
While on the flight home after the wildly successful two-day wrestling extravaganza, Cody had a mini-Q&A session and he received a question from a very recognizable name. Although Cody didn’t reply openly on Twitter, we’re hoping he got back to Long Island Iced Z in the DM’s.

Sami Zayn is one of the most popular wrestlers on the Raw roster and although he has a heck of a lot on his mind because of his match this Sunday against Samoa Joe, he still has time to reflect. The Underdog From The Underground shared on Twitter that he was celebrating his decade-and-a-half anniversary in professional wrestling.
Although Zayn has been at it for 15 years, we’re hoping he’s barely scratched the surface because it will be a cold day in Hell when we’ve seen enough Helluva Kicks.
Congrats Sami, stay healthy!
I had my first pro wrestling match 15 years ago today.
Things have gone remarkably well.
