Zack Ryder Misses Wrestling

Zack Ryder has always been our broski and even though he got that amazing WrestleMania moment last year, the IC Title was taken away from him less than 24 hours after thanks to The Miz. Albeit the IC run which followed led to arguably the best year of Miz’s career, it was still sad to see Ryder lose the title so soon after winning it at WrestleMania 32.

We’ve been keeping you up to date on the latest happenings in the life of Zack Ryder as he nurses a knee injury he sustained in an incredibly ill-timed moment just as Mojo Rawley and himself clinched the #1 contendership for the Smackdown Tag Team Titles.

Zack has been keeping busy during his time away from the ring but it’s obvious he still misses wrestling. It has to be hard for him because last year he was winning the Intercontinental Title, and this year he will be riding the bench. Long Island Iced Z was at Madison Square Garden yesterday, a place he’s wrestled at many times before and he became nostalgic. He was there for a Knicks game, but by the sounds of it the experience was hard for him.

After the event, he took to Twitter to let his fans know about his experience and how he couldn’t concentrate on the game because he kept imagining himself in the middle of the ring surrounded by a passionate New York crowd. He misses wrestling, and we miss him.

Get well soon Zack, we’ll be waiting for you to “Woo, Woo, Woo,” once more.
