Global Force Wrestling might be going through some trouble but have no fear because The Young Bucks are here. It was reported earlier this week saying Anthem Sports is looking to sell GFW because apparently the company is a huge money pit.
Jeff Jarrett’s departure from the company wasn’t the biggest note of confidence either. But there are reports he’s having some personal issues and needed to take some time away to refocus.
If Anthem Sports is willing to part with GFW at the right price, then they might have someone other than WWE interested in buying the company. Because Nick and Matt Jackson said they might just buy the company.
The Young Bucks could afford it. After all, their merchandise money is ridiculous and it very well might translate into even more money because Hot Topic stores can’t seem to keep their shirts in stock. At this rate, they might have retirement money well before they’re ready to retire.
What they certainly might have is “we don’t need to go to WWE” money because with the amount of dough Nick and Matt Jackson have accumulated so far there might be an endless supply of cash coming their way. Not only is that fact too sweet, but it could mean the Jacksons have a solid chance of being able to pull together enough money to buy Global Force Wrestling.
While they might have been joking, they could have been testing the waters to see what kind of a reaction the idea received.
The Young Bucks might be able to bring some of their marketing expertise to the table to help supply GFW with the kind of money making initiative they seem to be lacking right now. At least we know they’d probably give back The Hardys’ Broken gimmick.
