2019 has been a big year for XFL as the league gears up for the 2020 season. Cities, coaches, team names and team logos have all been revealed over the last few months, and now we know where the quarterbacks will end up.
The XFL revealed today that the quarterback lineup for the league is as follows:
Houston Roughnecks – Phillip Walker
New York Guardians – Matt McGloin
Los Angeles Wildcats – Luis Perez
St. Louis Battlehawks – Jordan Ta’amu
Tampa Bay Vipers – Aaron Murray
DC Defenders – Cardale Jones
Dallas Renegades – Landry Jones
Seattle Dragons – Brandon Silvers
The XFL Draft is set to kick off today and continue tomorrow. The draft pool will consist of 1,000 players and there will be 5 phases to the draft. The phases are as follows:
1. Skill Players (QB, RB, WR, TE)
2. Offensive Line (OT, OG, OC)
3. Defensive Front Seven (DL, LB)
4. Defensive Backfield (CB, NB, SS, FS)
5. Open Draft (all remaining players after positional drafts, in addition to P/K/LS)
