XFL Ratings For Week 2 Revealed

The 2020 season for the XFL recently kicked off, and the games have been receiving a mostly positive response from football fans.

Ratings did however dip for week 2, as Jake Russell of The Washington Post is reporting that Saturday’s DC Defenders vs. NY Guardians game on ABC drew an average audience of 2.127 million viewers, which was down from the 3.3 million viewers who tuned into the game on the previous Saturday.

It was also noted that the telecast peaked between 3:15-3:30 p.m. ET with 2.389 million viewers.

Sunday’s Dallas Renegades vs. Los Angeles Wildcats game drew 2.397 million viewers on ABC, and peaked from 5:45-6 p.m. ET with 3.381 viewers.

Week 2 for the XFL on ABC averaged 2.262 million viewers.
