WWE is known for having a team of writers who put their shows together, but it looks like one notable name is no longer with World Wrestling Entertainment.
PWInsider is reporting that Dewey Foley, son of WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, has parted ways with the company. Dewey Foley had been working on the WWE creative team and most recently was working for NXT.
At one point Dewey was the lead writer for 205 Live, and he previously made appearances on WWE programming on the “Holy Foley!” reality show on WWE Network. According to a source Dewey Foley parted ways with the company in late April.
It was noted that Dewey chose to leave the company and his departure wasn’t a case of him getting cut. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
