WWE Veteran Possibly Moving Into Backstage Role

No one can wrestle forever, despite the fact that some have tried, but when a wrestler’s in-ring career is over there are luckily other jobs for them to pursue in the world of professional wrestling.

This week former WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James worked as a commentator on Main Event, and PWInsider is reporting that there has also been talk of James becoming a producer with WWE.

Mickie James underwent surgery to repair her right ACL back in July, and after the surgery she posted the following update indicating that she might not be getting back in the ring:

“Thank you all for your love, prayers, and well wishes. I am grateful! I’ll be just fine… if I come back… I’m coming back bionic! 😘”
