Anything can happen when you watch WWE programming and this week’s episode of Evolve was eventful to say the least. During the show Timothy Thatcher was announced as the new Evolve General Manager, and Kendal Grey later went on to defend her WWE Evolve Women’s Championship against Tyra Mae Steele.
Ahead of the show Kendal Grey confirmed that it would be her last match inside an Evolve ring when she posted the following:
“One last match on Evolve tonight… And you best believe I’m walking out the same way I have in every match since October… as champion.

Kendal Grey first signed with WWE back in 2023 as part of the company’s Next In Line program. She went on to win the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship on the October 15, 2025 episode of Evolve and she’s been receiving a lot of attention for her in-ring skills.
