Next week’s episode of NXT is going to be big as the show will be going head to head with AEW Dynamite for the first time in a while. Both companies are loading up their respective shows and it looks like a legendary Hall of Famer could be returning to make an appearance on NXT.
PWInsider recently reported that The Undertaker is scheduled to be in Orlando, FL next week on Tuesday, but it had not been confirmed whether or not Taker would be appearing on the show. This week during Friday Night SmackDown a video package aired hyping up Tuesday’s episode of NXT which ended with the screen going black as the sound of The Undertaker’s iconic gong rang out.
The Undertaker has not appeared on WWE programming since he shared a torch passing moment with Bray Wyatt during the Raw 30th anniversary episode back in January.
In addition to a possible appearance from The Undertaker it’s been confirmed that John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Paul Heyman, Becky Lynch and Asuka will all be appearing on NXT next week. Stay tuned for updates.
