Survivor Series has come and gone, which means that the road to WrestleMania will be here before we know it. Soon enough the WrestleMania picture will start to become more clear, and slowly but surely we’ll be getting hints about the WrestleMania 34 card.
At WrestleMania 33, Roman Reigns defeated The Undertaker, and Brock Lesnar defeated Bill Goldberg to win the Universal Championship. It’s believed that Roman will be challenging Brock for the belt at the event, and now it seems that WWE is teasing a big match for a WWE Hall of Famer.
It’s been rumored that WWE officials are planning for Kurt Angle to face Triple H at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans, and Triple H recently made his return to TV when he joined Team Raw.
During the main event of Survivor Series, there was clearly tension between Triple H and Kurt Angle, and the tension boiled over near the end of the match.
Shane McMahon ended up being the sole survivor on Team SmackDown, and as Kurt Angle was getting ready to put him away, Triple H hit Kurt Angle with the Pedigree then placed Shane on top of Kurt to eliminate the WWE Hall of Famer.
Triple H then teased an alliance with Shane McMahon, but he Pedigreed Shane and eliminated Shane himself.
Braun Strowman and Triple H were the two survivors for their team and after the bell rang Triple H tried to celebrate with Strowman.
Strowman told Triple H not to cross him, and he tried to walk away but Triple H hit him from behind. That didn’t work out too well for Triple H, because Braun Strowman destroyed him with a running powerslam.
The crowd then encouraged Strowman to hit the running powerslam again, and he did then posed in the ring to end the show.
