WWE Tag Team Championship Match Added To WWE Roadblock, Updated Card

Everyone was shocked when WWE announced that Dash and Dawson would be defending the NXT Tag Team Titles against Enzo and Big Cass at WWE Roadblock. But they aren’t the only ones that will be defending tag team gold on Saturday. WWE has announced that The New Day will be defending their tag team titles against League of Nations members Sheamus and King Barrett at the event.

“WWE.com has learned that at WWE Roadblock — this Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET / 5p.m. PT, exclusively on WWE Network — WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day will defend their titles against The League of Nations’ Sheamus & King Barrett.

Yes, just five days after surviving Y2AJ on Raw, the outspoken professors of the power of positivity could be forced to eat their words. In recent weeks, “the lads” have been the subject of ridicule thanks to the social media antics of Big E, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods.
