This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw featured a battle royal to determine the new number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Titles, and when it all came to an end it was The B-Team who earned the title shot.
Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel will now go on to challenge Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy for the Raw Tag Team Titles at Money in the Bank.
But The B-Team’s win wasn’t the only thing that got fans talking during the battle royal, as Dolph Ziggler was the first person to be thrown over the top which caused he and Drew McIntyre to be eliminated from the match.
After they were eliminated, Dolph and Drew took their aggressions out on the other competitors before making their way to the back.
When they arrived backstage they were interviewed by Renee Young who asked Drew about their actions, but Drew remained silent and then glared at Dolph Ziggler who admitted that he blew it.
Drew McIntyre has been cutting fiery promos as of late, but it seems that his silence could have been a sign of tension between the two Superstars, as Drew stayed unusually quiet and kept a menacing look on his face.
As noted, Vince McMahon and Triple H are reportedly very high on Drew McIntyre, and it’s been speculated that they could have big plans for him down the line.
