WWE Superstar’s Contract Reportedly Expiring Soon

You never know when you might see a WWE Superstar part ways with the company, and it sounds like at least one name has a contract that is expiring sooner than later.

Fightful Select is reporting that Candice LeRae’s WWE contract is currently set to expire “this Spring.” So far the contract has not been renewed or frozen, and WWE sources indicated that they weren’t sure if the contract could be frozen because Candice LeRae was out on maternity leave.

It was also noted that people in WWE did not expect her to return before the deal expires, and it was noted that an extension has not been discussed. It was also noted that WWE doesn’t have plans to concern LeRae with talks about an extension while she’s recovering.

Johnny Gargano’s WWE deal expired back in December, and Gargano and Candice LeRae welcomed their first child into the world in February. Both are said to be on good terms with WWE and if possible the company would like for them to return.
